They do not have to be in quick succession, this isn’t asking you to get a pentakill in CoD Mobile – that would be far more difficult. To get the Bloodthirsty medal, you need to get five kills in one life. It doesn’t matter how long it takes provided you do not die.
However, this medal is for multiplayer only. If you have a challenge that requires you to get Bloodthirsty medals, you will not be able to get them in the battle royale mode.

Also, scorestreaks do count toward the medal, so don’t be shy about dropping bombs or calling in air support.
