Christmas Duties or Festive Duties are the new holiday-themed challenges released by Disney Dreamlight Valley. There are five Festive Duties in total in Disney Dreamlight Valley, completing them will yield holiday-themed rewards such as the exclusive Santa hat clothing piece. To find out more, read here.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: All Festive Duties
The following are all Festive challenges and instructions on how to complete them.
Even Fish Are Festive Duty
This duty instructs you to find five festive fish in different spots. You can tell if the fish is Christmas-themed or not by the coloured bubbles in the fishing spots. These will be red and green if the fish is one of the Christmas-themed ones. The fish you need to get are in the following spots:
- Festive Anglerfish – Forgotten Lands
- Festive Bass – Peaceful Meadow
- Festive Fugu – Dazzle Beach
- Festive Salmon – Sunlit Plateau
- Festive Squid – Glade of Trust
Ho! Ho! Ho! Duty
For this duty, you need to collect ten rolls of Christmas wrapping paper. As the paper spawns randomly over a period of time, you may need to complete this duty across a few days. A good place to look is in front of Scrooge McDuck’s house.
Once you have the paper, go to a crafting bench and craft some Christmas presents. Now, you can complete the duty by handing them out to characters around the plaza. You can craft the following Christmas presents with these materials:
- Naughty Gift – Festive Wrapping Paper and Coal Ore
- Shiny Gift – Festive Wrapping Paper, a Shiny Ruby, and a Shiny Emerald
- Delicious Gift – Festive Wrapping Paper, Hot Cocoa, and Minnie’s Gingerbread Cookies
- Handcrafted Gift – Festive Wrapping Paper and a Holiday Feast Chair
Do You Wanna Build a Snowman Duty
This duty will require you to build a snowman and place it. You can build any of the following snowmen with these materials:

Cookie Taste Test Duty
For this duty, you’ll need to make three different cookies and eat them. The following are all cookie recipes and the ingredients needed to make them:

To complete this final duty, you must simply place five festive-themed pieces of furniture in your house.
