Where to find Mirabel in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The “Family Madrigal” aren’t all in Disney Dreamlight Valley, but Mirabel is fairly easy to unlock in the game. First, you’ll want to scour the Plaza. Look on the ground and run around until you notice a golden object on the ground. Pick it up, and it will start the Golden Doorknob quest.
To investigate further, go speak to Merlin. The old wizard is likely in his house. Just in case, press the M key on your PC or the corresponding button on a controller. You’ll see an icon with his face on it. This marks his location.
Once you find the legendary wizard, talk to him and he’ll say that the house has protected Mirabel and sent her to a pocket dimension. This was to stop her from forgetting her past. To bring the house (and Mirabel in Disney Dreamlight Valley) back, you’ll need to convince the building that it’s safe to return. The Magical Casa Mirabel is quite special after all.

Tasks to get Mirabel back in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are three tasks you’ll need to complete to bring Mirabel in Disney Dreamlight Valley back. They include:
- Take three pictures of different villagers within each one.
- Give two villagers their favourite gifts.
- Have two daily discussions with different villagers.
If you press the Tab key on your keyboard, it will boot up the different devices you have at your disposal. Equip the camera. Now, find three different villagers. You could go to Remy, Mickey, and Merlin, for example. You don’t even have to save the pictures to your PC or console.
Getting each villager’s favourite gift might be a bit trickier. To do that, talk to the Disney character of your choice and then select “I have something to give you!” Now, that you’re on the right menu, look to the bottom right. There should be three items listed as their favourites. Give them any one of those items, and it will count for the quest. For example, Merlin wanted Dream Shards and Uncle Scrooge preferred Iron Ore on one particular day. It will rotate every 24 hours.
Lastly, you’ll need to start two conversations with different visitors around the town. There will be a dialogue option available whenever you speak to characters; this will count towards the Golden Doorknob quest.
Once you’ve completed all three of these tasks, return to Merlin. He’ll commend you, but you still need to give him 500 Dreamlight. You can do that by finishing daily quests. Once you’ve gathered enough, give him the Dreamlight and then you can build the Mini-Casita into your town.
Press the I key to bring up your inventory and on the top, you’ll see a Merlin icon. Click on it and then place the building into the environment. You may need to place the Mini-Casita in a new location like Dazzle Beach or Sunlit Plateau.
Once you find a space and place it down, Mirabel will then be summoned into the area. Time to celebrate!
