What are Immersifiers in Honkai: Star Rail?
Immersifiers in Honkai: Star Rail are essentially a type of currency in the game you can use to get Relics. To be more precise, you can exchange them for Ornaments in the Simulated Universe.
Ornaments are a unique kind of Relic. They’re the last two slots on your Relics page, and they don’t match the other four slots. These Ornaments will provide a couple of extra effects when equipped, and they can complement your build by giving you extra stats.
After unlocking Immersifiers you can exchange them in the Simulated Universe for these Ornaments, or you can exchange 40 Trailblaze Power instead. There’s no guarantee which Ornaments you’ll get from the Simulated Universe on any given run. You can use them to save yourself the trouble of using Trailblaze Power, which is needed for a lot of regular content in the game.

How to get Immersifiers in Honkai: Star Rail
You won’t be able to unlock Honkai: Star Rail Immersifiers until you reach World 3 in Herta’s Simulated Universe. You can unlock World 3 by completing the story mission “No Time for Me, My Friend” and also finishing the previous two Worlds.
For every run you finish, you’ll get weekly points which can be used to get free Immersifiers. You only get 4 each week though, so use them wisely. Up to 8 Immersifiers can be held at any given time. Basically, the more you play the Simulated Universe the more Immersifiers you can obtain up to that limit.
Immersion Devices will start to appear on each floor after defeating tough enemies. At these Devices, you can exchange your Immersifiers for Ornaments.
If you do these each week you’ll soon have a large supply of those Ornaments for your characters. If you want the strongest builds, you’ll need those extra Relics to get that extra boost of power.
