How to unlock new Paraglider fabrics
The paraglider is an essential part of Link’s equipment, allowing him to soar through Hyrule like a Rito.
There are two ways to get new paraglider fabrics in Tears of the Kingdom: finding materials in the overworld and Amiibo rewards.
Some paraglider fabrics have special effects, whilst others are just for show. Here is a list of all the paraglider fabric options we’ve found so far:

How to change paraglider fabrics in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
If you want to change your paraglider fabric, you need to head over to Hateno Village and speak to Sayge in the Armor Dye Shop. Here, you can change your outfit and paraglider colours. Note that this service costs 20 Rupees.

Where to get paraglider fabrics in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Paraglider fabrics can be found in chests throughout the overworld. You can also get some through completing specific side quests.
Cece fabric: Complete the ‘Team Cece or Team Reede?’ side quest.
Horse God fabric: Register a horse at a stable at least once. Note: this horse must be caught in Tears of the Kingdom, transferring your horses across from Breath of the Wild won’t count.
Sheikah fabric: Purchase armour from Claree in Kakariko Village.
