There are plenty of side missions you can do for Louie in Pikmin 4, and they include finding all of the various creatures in the vast world of Pikmin 4 so that you can get your hands on some great rewards for completing the missions in the game. All side missions for Louie in Pikmin 4
There are six side missions that Louie wants you to complete for him, and they will yield the same reward except for the last one. This table will tell you where each of the side missions is based, as well as what you are rewarded with for them.

The first side mission takes place in the Hectic Hollows. You’ll find the 4 Dwarf Bulborbs pretty easily. You’ll see them as soon as you enter the Hectic Hollows. They are small and red, with white spots on their back. In order to take back the creatures to base, make sure not to use Ice Pikmin as this will destroy them.
The second mission takes place in the Secluded Courtyard. Yellow Wollyhops look a bit like frogs. They are yellow with a green spot on their head, and an orange underneath. To find them, head to sublevel 2.
For the third mission, you’ll want to head to the Seafloor Resort to find the Peckish Aristocrab. Peckish Aristocrabs are similar looking to an onion, just with blue pincers. You’ll be able to find one on sublevel 2.
To get a Fiery Bulblax, head to the Cradle of the Beast, where you’ll find this sludgy-looking giant at the start of sublevel 1. Be careful of the flame on their back!
For the penultimate mission, you are tasked with finding a Giant Breadbug. To find it, go to Plunder Palace and head to sublevel 5 for this loaf of bread.
The final mission that Louie has sent you on, takes place in a giant cave with 20 sublevels to get through. In order to get the Sovereign Bulblax, you’ll want to go all the way to sublevel 18. Getting this back over the water will take 30 Blue Pikmin. Or, you can use Ice Pikmin to freeze the water and use Oatchi or your Pikmin to carry it across the water.
