We regularly post deals on games, consoles, peripherals, bundles and the like. Why, because we love saving a few quid where we can and we reckon the majority of non-millionaires don’t mind saving some cash either.
The latest bundle we’ve found comes from UK video-game retailer GAME who are offering a very, very tempting package offer. There is one downside though: to get the full whack of what’s being flogged you’ll have to get up, go outside (suncream lads, don’t forget) and actually go to your nearest store. It’s a pain, yes, but it’s worth it in the end as you get a cheeky freebie for your troubles.
The retailer is offering the following for £329.99
- 1TB PS4 console
- Assassin’s Creed Syndicate (Boxed)
- Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (Boxed)
- Watch Dogs (Boxed)
- Journey (Download Code)
That’s what you get when you order online. However, for those who have no aversion to sunlight and can tolerate interacting with strangers, there’s an extra bonus: the PlayStation TV with three downloadable titles and a three month subscription to Now TV. So the amended list for the adventurers looks like this:
- 1TB PS4 console
- Assassin’s Creed Syndicate (Boxed)
- Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (Boxed)
- Watch Dogs (Boxed)
- Journey (Download Code)
- PlayStation TV Console
- Worms Revolution (Download Code)
- Olli Olli (Download Code)
- Velocity Ultra (Download Code)
- 3 Month Subscription to Now TV (Redeemable Code)
That’s two consoles and nine games in total. Yes, some may say the PlayStation TV is waste of space and that Sony should support it better (we agree with the latter) but it’s still an extremely tempting deal, and it’s £329.99 – £30 more than the 500GB console’s RRP.
If you’re looking for a decent PS4 bundle this Christmas, we can’t really recommend a better one. There’s a few games chucked in and you get a nice big 1TB hard drive. The added bonus is that your Christmas shopping for one person is possibly done thanks to the addition of the PlayStation TV. If you’re not going to use it for yourself, just chuck it in a box, whack some cheap decorative paper on it and voila, easy. At least that’s what this cheapskate scribe will be doing…
